Shipping Methods

We ship all of our packages UPS Ground. 

For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days for arrival.  

For international orders, please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. 

Orders placed Friday - Sunday will not be sent out for shipping until Monday.

Orders take up to 24 hours to be processed. 

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your patronage. We want you to be  satisfied with your purchase at SIP & SAVEUR, we guarantee your order was handled with care upon packing by our team members.

Return Policy

Items being returned must be sent back new, undamaged and within 14  days of receiving your package.

Only items purchased directly from SIP & SAVEUR can be returned for refund.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to use.

We regret that we will not refund any shipping cost. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If for any reason your order arrived damaged or broken, please contact us right away and we will make the proper arrangements. 

If the piece you ordered is simply not what you expected, just contact customer care and we will be able to help you and get you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
